历史沿革：

1992：

公司位于澜石镇，前身是佛山市张槎综合供销公司祥发业务部(更名为佛山市祥发丰亮贸易有限公司，后注销开业。

1998：

乡镇企业股份在高明区设不锈钢厂，投资约200万元新建6条不锈钢生产线。

2000：

首支钢管销往东南亚国外市场。高明不锈钢厂年产值达14亿元。成为合水镇第一个年产值超过10亿元的大厂。

2002：

被中国农业银行誉为“守合同、重信用”的黄金客户。

2005：

公司厂房搬迁，新搬迁至高明沧江工业园区，占地面积8万平方米2000平方米

2006：

整合资源，建立统一外方名称，佛山长实不锈钢有限公司。

2011：

公司分为两部分:顺德不锈钢工厂和高明工厂，总部在顺德陈村镇。

2012：

佛山市允大兴金属有限公司成立。同时，引进先进的流水线系统，并从日本引进了3D激光切割设备。

2013年

允大兴公司先后获得佛山石湾农行、佛山石湾工商银行等银行共约五千万的授信，成为佛山民营不锈钢行业为数不多的优质贷款单位。允大兴公司利用这些资金投入改善工厂硬件资源，引进日本三菱激光切割机、数控车床及库卡自动机械手焊接设备等先进生产设备，开展不锈钢制品加工新业务。

2013 YDX has been granted credit of about 50 million yuan by Banks such as Foshan Shiwan Agricultural Bank and Industrial and Commercial Bank of Foshan Shiwan successively, become one of the high-quality lenders in private stainless steel industry in Foshan. With these funds, YDX company has invested in improving the hardware resources of the factory, introducing advanced production equipment such as Mitsubishi laser cutting machine, NUMERICAL control lathe and automatic manipulator welding equipment from Japan and developing new business of stainless steel products processing.

2014年

公司与阿里巴巴正式签约，通过网络平台向全世界推广公司产品与服务。允大兴销售金额达标，进入国家工业统计目录企业单位。

2014 YDX signed a formal contract with Alibaba to promote its products and services around the world through online platforms.Furthermore, YDX reaches the sales target, enter the national industrial statistics directory enterprise units.

2015-2016年

公司积极响应国家“一带一路”合作倡议的号召，把公司的产品带到沿线的东南亚国家以及欧洲等国参加展览，利用多渠道的宣传方式，推广公司产品，打造公司专业不锈钢加工商品牌形象。

2017年

公司调整经营战略发展方向，改进优化生产设备并结合自有厂房土地资源，进行供应链资源整合并推动自身生产产能和技术改造升级，先后在顺德和高明生产基地引进分条、平板、磨砂、精密焊管以及不锈钢货架等不锈钢产业上下游单位，实现合作互助。

2017 Company adjust business strategy and development direction, improving production equipment and integrating the supply chain resources with own land resources and promoting its production capacity and technology upgrade, successively introduce slitting machine, plate, grinding, precision welded pipe and stainless steel shelves and other stainless steel industry up and downstream units in SHUNDE and GAOMING production base to achieve mutual assistance.

2018年

允大兴公司将技术研发部门独立于生产部，提高公司产品技术含量以及加快开发新产品，为客户提供优质生产技术解决方案。

2019

年公司申请多个专利成功，并获得广东省高新技术企业称号。

2020年

克服疫情影响，公司凭借柔性生产和敏捷开发发展多个新行业新产品。
